In this role, you will be responsible for handling various HR tasks, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and administrative support. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, you will assist in managing employee relations, recruitment processes, and HR documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist in managing employee relations and conflict resolution
• Support recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain and update HR documentation, including employee records and benefits information
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry and filing
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events and activities
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administrative roles
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages
• Valid HR certification (e.g., HRCI, SHRM-CP) is a plus
