As an HSET Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our projects, as well as managing training programs for our workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HSET (Health, Safety, Environment, and Training) programs for construction projects.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Manage and coordinate training programs for our workforce, including safety induction, toolbox talks, and first aid training.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive HSET documentation, including incident reports, risk assessments, and training records.
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Provide guidance and support to site personnel on HSET matters.
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, and ensure that our projects are always in compliance.
Work closely with our Australian clients to ensure that their projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSET management in the construction industry.
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a similar field is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Australian health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar is a plus.
