📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct environmental impact assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote sustainable practices and reduce environmental impact.
• Conduct training and awareness programs on environmental management and compliance.
• Ensure proper waste management and disposal practices are in place and followed.
• Stay updated on environmental regulations and industry best practices.
• Participate in environmental audits and inspections as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental management, compliance, or a related field.
• Certification in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) or ISO 14001 is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards, including national and international laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and environmental management software such as SAP or QHSE.
• Familiarity with waste management and sustainability practices in the agricultural sector.
