As our HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our HR policies and procedures are aligned with our business goals and the needs of our employees. With your expertise in HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday, you will streamline our HR processes, making them more efficient and effective.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the HR department.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent.
• Manage employee relations, addressing any issues that may arise and promoting a positive work environment.
• Conduct performance management, including performance appraisals and goal setting.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
• Use HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday to streamline HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
