📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of freight shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• Maintain and update freight management records and databases using SAP and JDA.
• Monitor and track freight shipments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any issues or delays in freight shipments.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve freight management operations.
• Provide support to the logistics team in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the organization and management of freight documentation and paperwork.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of freight management processes through feedback and suggestions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a logistics or freight management role.
• Familiarity with freight management software, particularly SAP and JDA.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
