📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the delivery and distribution of fresh ingredients and raw materials to on-site food preparation teams.
• Work closely with procurement team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of ingredients.
• Conduct quality control checks on incoming ingredients to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming ingredients and deliveries.
• Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and external vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control standards.
• Proficiency in using logistics management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
