📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks for national development programs.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to ensure accurate tracking of program performance.
• Conduct regular evaluations to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with national development goals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and local government officials to gather insights and feedback.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to monitoring and evaluation teams to ensure high-quality work.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, or a related field, preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program monitoring and evaluation, with a focus on national development programs.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact initiatives and driving measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools and software, such as M&E International, Kobo Toolbox, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in Indonesian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
