📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum and educational standards.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development.,Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.,Develop and implement lesson plans, activities, and assessments to meet the needs of diverse learners.,Collaborate with other educators, administrators, and parents to ensure the successful implementation of educational programs and policies.,Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, research, and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods and student outcomes.,Provide additional support to students who require extra assistance, such as tutoring or mentoring.,Participate in school events, activities, and community outreach programs to promote the school's mission and values.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, administrators, and parents.,Passion for education and a commitment to student success.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.,Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
