📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area and equipment.,Handle customer complaints and concerns with a positive attitude.,Recommend menu items and provide information about specials and promotions.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure timely and accurate service.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Waitress or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 pounds.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant or food service establishment is a plus.
