📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day logistics operations.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of goods.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Manage a team of logistics coordinators, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of logistics operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of optimizing logistics processes and reducing costs.,Familiarity with Indonesian logistics industry and regulations is a plus.,Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
