📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes and productivity.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and mentor junior industrial engineers and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving to address manufacturing issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the manufacturing industry.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the production team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related role in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
