Port Home Sentosa is seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and friendly welcome.,Handle all guest inquiries and provide information about hotel amenities, facilities, and local attractions.,Manage and maintain the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure timely service delivery.,Monitor and record guest information accurately, including reservations, payments, and special requests.,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the reception counter and guest registration area.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to ensure high standards of service and hospitality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role in the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.,Proficiency in using front desk software and other relevant hospitality technology.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards in the hospitality sector.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages.
