Asia Reinsurance Brokers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Executive to join our team. This is a remote position based in Bali, offering a competitive salary package. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of managing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all accounting functions including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage bank reconciliations and ensure proper cash flow management.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with local labor laws.,Provide financial advice and support to senior management.,Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators (KPIs).,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and local regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis.
