📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Manage and maintain existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Set and achieve sales targets and quotas.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to promote our products and services.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and showcase our offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and hospitality.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
