Berjaya Nickel is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our in-house restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly, meets customer expectations, and contributes to the overall success of the company. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere while maintaining high standards of service and quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory and ordering to maintain cost efficiency.,Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience.,Participate in regular meetings with the management team to discuss performance and strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.,Experience with remote management and team coordination.,Ability to use basic software for scheduling, inventory, and communication.
