Smart Base Group is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team in Ubud, Bali. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our events.

As a Banquet Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our events run smoothly and that our guests have a memorable experience. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assisting in the planning and coordination of events, including banquets and weddings.

Managing guest lists and ensuring accurate attendance records.

Providing excellent customer service to guests and vendors.

Assisting with event setup, decor, and catering.

Monitoring event timelines and ensuring that everything runs according to schedule.

Assisting with post-event follow-up and feedback collection.

Working with the event manager to ensure that all event details are met.

Assisting with inventory management for event supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in event planning or a related field.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with event management software and tools.

Basic knowledge of event setup, decor, and catering.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
