As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for finding and hiring the best talent to support our restaurant's growth and success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the restaurant.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and qualifications.,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback.,Maintain and update job postings on various platforms to attract candidates.,Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
