📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with HR and department heads to understand staffing requirements and provide recruitment solutions.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information.,Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
