📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for various positions
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit
  • Collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Providing feedback to candidates and maintaining a positive candidate experience
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian
