Resto Sari Kebab is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. This is an immediate opportunity for the right candidate to take on the challenges and opportunities that come with managing a successful restaurant.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate the staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.,Monitor and control inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and regulations.,Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and supplies.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role within the food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.,Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Experience in managing a team of 20 or more employees is preferred.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
