As a Lead/Senior Product Designer, you’ll lead the creative process from concept to final product, ensuring every piece meets the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. You’ll collaborate with architects, interior designers, and suppliers to bring visionary designs to life, all while staying ahead of industry trends and client expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design process for premium outdoor furniture, from initial sketches to final production, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, interior designers, and suppliers, to develop and refine product designs.
• Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay ahead of industry developments and client demands.
• Create detailed design specifications, including technical drawings and material selections, to guide production.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand identity and client expectations.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Manage design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, including clients and senior management, to gather feedback and make informed decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design.
• Proven experience in designing high-end outdoor furniture, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and luxury designs.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and 3D modeling tools like Rhino or SolidWorks.
• Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and sustainability in product design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, creative environment, with a passion for luxury and innovation.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
