📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to ensure compliance with security protocols.,Respond to emergencies and security incidents, providing immediate assistance as needed.,Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter potential security breaches.,Collaborate with other security personnel to coordinate security efforts and maintain a safe environment.,Conduct background checks and interviews for new hires to ensure they meet security requirements.,Train and supervise junior security guards to ensure they understand and adhere to security protocols.,Prepare and maintain security reports and documentation to support security operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or in a related security role.,Proven track record of maintaining a safe and secure environment.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, visitors, and other stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Valid security guard certification or equivalent qualification.,Ability to use security equipment such as metal detectors, surveillance cameras, and access control systems.,Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to security and safety.
