📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, ordering, and distribution.
• Ensure the safety and efficacy of all pharmaceutical products by adhering to strict regulatory guidelines.
• Provide expert advice and consultation to customers regarding medication use, side effects, and interactions.
• Train and mentor junior pharmacists and staff to ensure high standards of service and knowledge.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely prescription processing.
• Monitor and report on pharmacy performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using pharmaceutical software and systems.
• Valid professional license to practice pharmacy in Indonesia.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
