CV Wana Usaha is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial guidance to the management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Provide financial guidance and analysis to the management team.,Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes.,Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns.,Train and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are a plus.
