📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future training initiatives.,Assist in the development and implementation of training budgets and schedules.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees during and after training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to adapt to changing training needs and priorities.
