📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Ensure that all dishes are prepared and cooked to the required standards.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.,Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.,Follow all health and safety regulations.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to the required standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.,Valid food handling certificate.
