📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates for various positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather job requirements and provide updates on the recruitment process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our processes.,Contribute to team meetings and projects as needed to support the overall goals of the recruitment department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
