As a Field Supervisor / Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled workers, coordinating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. You will work closely with our project managers to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of construction workers, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to identify and address any issues or concerns.
• Utilize construction management software such as Procore or PlanGrid to track project progress and manage documentation.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
• Report on project status to senior management, providing detailed updates on progress and any potential risks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the steel construction industry.
• Certification in Construction Management (e.g., CMCP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of steel construction techniques and materials.
• Proficient in using construction management software such as Procore or PlanGrid.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
