📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and update software and hardware as needed.,Manage user accounts and access permissions.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.,Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Document all IT processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in system administration.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.,Familiarity with networking protocols and technologies.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
