📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and other advanced methodologies.
• Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
• Implement and monitor improvement projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Measure the impact of improvement initiatives and report on their success.
• Train and mentor team members on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in continuous improvement.
• Use tools like Minitab, Lean Enterprise, and Kaizen to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, preferably in the aerospace industry.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Minitab, Lean Enterprise, and Kaizen is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
