📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 professionals, providing guidance and support to foster a productive and motivated work environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase market share in the higher education sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure long-term success.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection and privacy.
• Collaborate with the head office to align branch activities with the overall company strategy.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the education or consulting industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of the higher education sector and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
