📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals.,Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to ensure the success of training initiatives.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials and resources.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.,Support the implementation of learning technologies and tools.,Assist in the planning and execution of workshops, seminars, and other learning events.,Maintain records of training activities and participant progress.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Psychology, or a related healthcare discipline.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development or training role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Understanding of healthcare and medical practices.,Familiarity with learning management systems and technologies.,Ability to design and facilitate training sessions.
