Indonesia Frozen is looking for a talented Deputy Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. We are a leading company in the frozen food industry, and we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and challenging work environment.

As a Deputy Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process. You will be responsible for assisting the Recruitment Specialist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintain and update the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide feedback and support to the Recruitment Specialist.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Recruitment Specialist.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Any other relevant qualifications or skills.
