Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, as well as ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of barbecued meats and delicacies using traditional and modern techniques
• Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and taste
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed
• Assist in the training and development of new kitchen staff
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure that all food handling and storage procedures are followed
• Assist in the preparation of special dietary requests and accommodations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food service industry
• Strong knowledge of barbecue techniques and cooking methods
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects with ease
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
